NOVATEIRRA is a real estate operator that manages a verified portfolio of stays in Mexico. We are not a marketplace of individual hosts: every property listed on the platform belongs to or is administered directly by us, with verified information, real photographs and clear pricing.

Ejido Cabo San Lucas, Migriño, Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico, C.P. 23450.
We have been operating since March 8, 2018, refining a verification model that prioritises transparency over inventory size.
What we do
- Curate a portfolio of properties suitable for short and mid-term stays.
- Verify every listing on the ground: photos taken by our team, real amenities, accurate location data.
- Provide secure payment through Stripe, in MXN, with VAT (IVA) at 16%.
- Offer customer support before, during and after every booking.
