Our properties
Our inventory is small, curated and verified. Every property listed on NOVATEIRRA goes through the same review before it appears in search results.
Verification criteria
Before a property is published, our team confirms:
- Identity of the owner or manager and right to commercialise the stay.
- Address and access: exact location, building access, parking, security.
- Amenities: every amenity listed is checked on site; missing amenities are removed from the listing the same day.
- Photographs: shot by our team or supplied by the owner and validated against the unit; stock photography is not allowed.
- Documentation: rental authorisation, insurance where applicable, condominium rules if any.
- Pricing: nightly rate, cleaning fee, deposit and applicable VAT are disclosed up front.
Geographic scope
We concentrate on the FIFA World Cup 2026 host cities and adjacent corridors:
- Mexico City and metropolitan area, with a practical radius around Estadio Azteca.
- Guadalajara and the Guadalajara metro area, around Estadio Akron.
- Monterrey (Nuevo León), around Estadio BBVA.
- Selected coastal and tourism destinations in Baja California Sur and Jalisco.
Property types
- Entire apartments and studios.
- Houses and villas suitable for groups.
- Lofts in central areas of host cities.
Anti-fraud policy
- Owners and managers are identified with official ID and tax data.
- Every reservation is paid through Stripe; we do not accept bank transfers, cash or off-platform payments.
- Suspicious requests to pay outside the platform must be reported to support immediately.
- Reviews and ratings are written by guests with a completed booking; we do not buy or accept paid reviews.
What happens if a property does not match the listing
If on arrival the property is materially different from the listing, contact support within the first 4 hours of check-in. We will either relocate you to an equivalent property in our portfolio or refund the unused nights through Stripe, in line with our cancellation policy and Mexican consumer protection law (LFPC).
